Prerequisite 1

Get the adaptation done for your time sheets

The advantage of using this feature on Humanised payroll is that you can upload the excel sheet that your biometrics machine generates every month as it is into the system. Please make sure to communicate your need to use this option atleast a month in advance and provide us with a sample timesheet and any relevant information needed. Our team will customize the time attendance feature to be compatible to read your specific template without any additional changes.

Time attendance settings

Read the article “Update time attendance settings” to learn how to do this.  

Step 1

Upload your time attendance sheet for the month

Go to time attendance and click on “Upload timesheets” button. Fill in the correct pay cycle this timesheet belongs to and upload the time sheet.

This will create a draft time sheet with No pay and Overtime hours already calculated for you.

Step 2

Review and edit the total no pay and overtime times for the month

You can review and edit these hours if needed. You might want to keep in mind that only 12 hours of overtime can be taken up by an employee per week.

Step 3

Approve timesheet

Once you are certain that everything is in order you can approve the time sheet for the month. An approved timesheet is ready to be used in the payrun for the month.
