A fingerprint or face device only records the punch. Humanised is the attendance system that turns punches into pay: an employee punches on a ZKTeco or HikVision device, Humanised matches the punch to their roster and shift, applies overtime at the rate and divisor your company has set (with a separate rate for declared mercantile holidays if you choose), applies no-pay for hours outside approved leave, checks the punch date against the Poya and mercantile holiday calendar, and sends the approved result to payroll with no retyping.
