The 'Humanised' Story

Founded in 2021, Humanised was born out of a real need. As a growing tech startup in Sri Lanka, our parent company, Beta Launch, recognized the complexity of managing payroll and other HR needs efficiently. We faced the challenges of a fragmented payroll landscape locally that didn’t cater to the specific needs of startups and SMEs. Recognizing that we weren’t alone in this struggle, we set out to develop a solution that would make payroll simple, reliable, and stress-free for small and medium-sized businesses across Sri Lanka.

Driven by our own experiences and challenges, we built Humanised, a SaaS payroll solution that takes the headache out of payroll processing, leaving businesses to focus on what really matters: growth.

It shouldn’t take you too long to get started! To set up your basic HRM system will take just 2 minutes including the upload of your CSV file (Excel or other), allowing you to run a high-impact HR function immediately.

We’ve made it super easy for you to migrate your current HR system onto Humanised. Shoot an email to support@gethumanised.com and our HR System Upgrade Specialists will get in touch with you soon and guide you through the process. Your company’s HR function is set to receive a major boost!

No new software required at all! Humanised is easy-to-use as it runs on your internet browser and you don’t have to install software on your local machine. You can use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or another browser of your preference.

You can leverage the automatic, easy month-end payment system that’s available with Humanised, and focus entirely on improving your HR function. Once your payment details have been added to our system, your payment amount based on your subscription type will be credited to our account at the end of each month.

Deductions are made simple with Humanised! Users can quickly add any deductions (or additions) by including a custom piece of text (e.g. travel allowances, salary advance, etc.) through the UI, and the system will automatically handle the relevant calculations.

You can keep track of no pay deductions conveniently with Humanised. If an employee takes more leave than the number of annual leave they are entitled to, the difference will be categorized and calculated as no pay leave.

An all-Sri Lankan HRM system, Humanised offers ETF-processing ease to ensure your company remains compliant while ensuring the continued security of your employees. Our system will help you automatically deduct the ETF percentage from the basic salary of each employee, every month.

As the first HRM system from Sri Lanka, Humanised now offers you the convenience of Sampath Bank, Bank of Ceylon and Commercial Bank compatible bank files. We’re upgrading our bank file system presently, and will soon support bank files from other leading commercial banks as well.
