One of the first areas Humanised payroll solved for its clients was the tiresome task of creating all of the output files of a payrun. Every month payrollers spend several hours creating and sending payslips to individual employees, filling out macros provided by the bank to generate bank files, EPF files and ETF files. After over 2 weeks of working at times to consolidate data, calculate and review payrolls, a bunch of redundant manual work is the last thing you need. At the end of each payrun we generate all these files for you. Here’s how we have helped.

When you complete a payrun, the payroll summary page loads. This page supports you with everything that you need to do after the payroll calculations are confirmed. Simply click on the big “Download files” button to download a bulk file with all the following files.

Payslips

Once you have completed your payrun, payslips are generated for you without any additional work on your part. (Read our support article about payslip customizations to set up your organisation’s payslips.)

You are given two choices as to how you want to communicate these payslips with your employees.

Additionally, there are a few more functionalities you might find helpful.

Bank transfer file (pay your employees)

Humanised generates a bank transfer file for you at the end of each payrun. If you have set up the organizational settings correctly from the get-go, simply download the bank transfer file and upload to your bank’s portal to make the payment

EPF & ETF transfer files

Similar to the bank transfer file, we generate the EPF & ETF text files (.txt) for you. You also have the option of using the traditional manual files (R4 file and C form file)

Paysheet

Some of you still benefit from an old school paysheet on excel. For this reason we have made an export available for you. You can download this file from any draft or completed payrun. Refer the generated payroll tab to view the fully executed payroll.

Payroll reconciliation file

We also generate individual and over all (organization wide) payroll reconciliation purposes to help you keep track of all the changes to your payroll from month to month.
