Overview

Provides a comprehensive overview of the company’s payroll activity.
Total payout calculation:
Easily access the sum of all pay items for a specific pay run. This includes basic salaries, allowances, bonuses, deductions, EPF/ETF, APIT and any other relevant pay elements.
Journal export:
Export the Salary Journal data into a structured format, such as a spreadsheet. This allows for further analysis and record-keeping outside of Humanised Payroll.

Click “print” icon to take a printout of the salary journal.
Downloadable files:
You can download all the files that the system generates for any pay run at any time, ensuring you have a retrievable record of your payroll activities.
