Add employees to the system: Bulk upload

Bulk Employee Import via CSV
Step 1: Go to contact section

Go to the contact section which is the second section from the left-hand navigation panel and click on “Add Using CSV” which is on the top right.
Step 2: Download the template

Download the bulk upload template from the human resource system by clicking the “Download” which is under “Upload your csv file”.

This template ensures your data is formatted correctly for the system.
Step 3: Populate the spreadsheet

Open the downloaded spreadsheet and go to the “Employees” tab and populate with new employees’ information.

For a successful upload, please ensure all columns marked with an asterisk (*) are filled in.
Step 4: Save the spreadsheet (excel) as a CSV format

Review the spreadsheet again to avoid any errors and then save the excel file as a CSV file as HR system needs this format to upload your data easily.
Step 5: Import data to the system

Click “Select File” and choose your completed CSV file.

Click “Import” to upload your new employees’ data.

Success! Your new employees are now in the HR system..
The bulk upload template ensures you capture all the essential details needed for payroll processing. However, you can further personalize your onboarding process by reviewing individual profiles or sending out an onboarding form to employees asking themselves to fill out alll additional details required for the onboarding process.
