The fingerprint (or face, or RFID) terminal does one job: it identifies the person and timestamps the punch. Everything after that — matching the punch to a roster, applying overtime and holiday rates, checking leave, flagging exceptions for a manager to approve, and posting the result to payroll — is the fingerprint system, not the device. Device integration is an add-on of LKR 12,000/year per device on any plan.

A fingerprint machine on its own only records a punch and can total hours on a Windows program. Humanised is the fingerprint system that reconciles those punches against rosters, computes overtime, no-pay and holiday pay using the rates your company sets, and sends the approved result to payroll — no spreadsheets, no re-typing.
