Biometric attendance devices
Employees punch in by fingerprint, card or face on the terminals you already own; Humanised turns those punches into attendance, overtime, no-pay and shift data that flows straight into payroll. Device integration is an add-on at LKR 12,000/year per device.
Accounting software
Every confirmed pay run posts journal entries with the correct GL accounts for gross salaries, EPF and ETF contributions, APIT withholdings and reimbursements — ready for your accountant to reconcile. The accounting integration is an add-on at LKR 6,000/year.
Xero
Payroll journals post to Xero via the official API after each pay run. Map your salary, statutory and reimbursement accounts once during setup; every month after that reconciles automatically.
QuickBooks
Both QuickBooks Online and Desktop are supported. Pay runs push journal entries for salaries, EPF/ETF, APIT and reimbursements straight into your chart of accounts.
Zoho Books
Automated journal entries land in Zoho Books after each confirmed pay run — no CSV exports, no re-keying at month-end.
