Can Humanised carry a 1,000-person company?
Humanised is sold and used for companies up to 5,000 employees. For a larger payroll the things that matter are roles and approval routes (department, branch and company level), multi-company groups under one login, bulk imports and bulk changes, an audit trail on pay changes, statutory returns generated per company, and device integrations at every site. All of these are in the product today; the largest single Humanised customer runs 750 employees, and the platform is built and priced for up to 5,000. Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Singapore. - Phase the import. By company or department: employee master, org structure, salary structures, year-to-date figures, leave balances and history, EPF/ETF numbers and bank details from hSenid exports, mapped to the Humanised import sheet.
- Configure and connect. Pay components, EPF liability per allowance, approval routes, leave rules, and re-point attendance devices site by site.
- Two parallel cycles. For payrolls above 250 staff we run two months side by side and reconcile EPF, ETF, APIT, gratuity provisions and net pay.
- Cut over on 1 April. A clean tax year for a large payroll; archive hSenid payslips and returns for the retention period.
