HikVision access-control and attendance terminals are a common sight in Sri Lankan offices and factories — often installed alongside CCTV from the same vendor. If your business already clocks staff in on HikVision hardware, Humanised connects to it directly: the punches your devices already capture become attendance, overtime and payroll data without anyone exporting logs by hand.
Supported HikVision devices
Humanised integrates with HikVision fingerprint terminals, RFID card readers and facial-recognition terminals out of the box. Running a mixed fleet, or a model we haven’t connected before? You can also upload the device’s attendance log file and Humanised processes it the same way — tell us your specific models during onboarding.
How the integration works
Employees keep punching in and out on your HikVision terminals by face, fingerprint or card. Humanised collects those events and reconciles them against shifts, overtime rules and leave records — late arrivals, no-pay deductions and approved overtime are computed automatically. At month-end the pay run already contains the attendance outcome: hours, OT and no-pay flow into payroll without manual entry.
Setting it up
- Tell us the HikVision models and locations you use during onboarding — the integration is an add-on at LKR 12,000/year per device.
- Our team connects each terminal to your Humanised account and maps employees to their device IDs.
- Punch data starts syncing; you review attendance, overtime and exceptions in the Time & Attendance module.
- Run payroll as usual — approved hours, overtime and no-pay carry into the pay run automatically. Step-by-step help lives in our support guides.

Does Humanised work with HikVision attendance terminals?
Yes. HikVision fingerprint, RFID and facial-recognition terminals integrate with Humanised out of the box — check-in and check-out events sync into attendance, are reconciled with shifts, overtime and leave, and flow into payroll automatically.
Do I need extra software to connect my HikVision device?
No separate middleware to buy or maintain — our team connects your terminals to your Humanised account during onboarding. The device integration is an optional add-on at LKR 12,000/year per device.
What happens if the device goes offline?
HikVision terminals keep recording punches locally, and records sync once the connection is restored. If a device can’t reconnect, you can upload its attendance log file to Humanised manually and the data is processed the same way — no punches are lost.
Can attendance from multiple branches sync to one payroll?
Yes. Terminals across different branches and locations all feed the same Humanised account, so one monthly pay run covers your whole company with each employee’s hours, overtime and no-pay calculated from their own location’s devices.
