Who builds each product
Humanised is an HR and payroll platform built in Colombo and launched in 2020 for Sri Lankan companies of 5 to 5,000 employees, with payroll compliance at the core, attendance devices, leave, contracts, an employee app and QuickBooks or Xero posting, and three published flat tiers with no setup fee.
PeoplesHR (also written Peoples HR) is the flagship product of hSenid Business Solutions PLC, listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange and based at Hudson Road, Colombo 03, with a Singapore head office for the product. It claims 29 years, 1,700+ companies, 1.5 million users and 40+ countries, and reported FY2026 revenue of LKR 2.1 billion and annual recurring revenue of USD 5.5 million. PeoplesHR does not publish prices on its website as of 3 September 2026. Ask for a written quote that separates licence, implementation and annual support. An older PeoplesHR Enterprise quotation Humanised once published (USD 14,650 plus USD 3,000 customisation) is not a current price and is not used here.

Which one should you choose?
Choose Humanised if…
- You have 5 to 5,000 employees in Sri Lanka and want a price you can read on the website and a trial you can start today.
- You need QuickBooks or Xero posting, Sinhala payslips and biometric attendance in the same product without an implementation project.
- You want phone or WhatsApp support from the team that built the product, and a setup you can do yourself from an Excel export.
Choose PeoplesHR if…
- You run payroll in several countries and need one vendor with statutory rules for each; PeoplesHR claims 40+ countries.
- You are 1,000+ employees with a tender process, a named implementation partner and enterprise reporting requirements.
- Your group already runs other hSenid products and wants a single listed supplier.
Switching from PeoplesHR to Humanised
We import the employee master, salary structures, year-to-date figures, leave balances, EPF and ETF numbers and bank details from PeoplesHR exports, run one cycle in parallel with line-by-line reconciliation of EPF, ETF, APIT and net pay, and cut over at month start or 1 April. Groups can run several companies under one Humanised login. Two to three weeks is typical for up to 100 staff; there is no setup fee.

Humanised publishes flat tiers from LKR 10,000 a month with no setup fee. PeoplesHR is priced on request with an implementation project, so compare a written PeoplesHR quote (licence, implementation, annual support) against the Humanised annual figure for your headcount.
What are PeoplesHR Manage, Grow and Transform?
The three plan names on peopleshr.com/view-plans/, described as “built around your team’s size”, with enterprise add-ons. No amounts are published for any of them.
Does Peoples HR publish pricing in Sri Lanka?
No. The Sri Lanka page says pricing is customised and asks you to contact them for a quote (3 September 2026).
Can we move from PeoplesHR to Humanised without losing payroll history?
Yes. We import the employee master, year-to-date earnings, deductions and APIT, leave balances and EPF/ETF numbers, and keep your archived PeoplesHR payslips and returns for the retention period.
Does Humanised handle EPF, ETF and APIT like PeoplesHR?
Yes, plus the C-form, R4, T10 and annual statement, stamp duty and Sinhala payslips. PeoplesHR states statutory compliance and names EPF, ETF and APIT in its Sri Lanka guide.
Which system works with QuickBooks and Xero?
